Team Leader Position Open for applicants

Home Health Solutions, LLC is currently hiring for the Full Time position of Team Leader. We will begin our search, internally, reaching out to our current contractors prior to releasing the position to the public. 

Interested Applicants Must Possess :

  • ICD-10 Coding Certification

  • OASIS Certification

  • Strong Leadership abilities 

  • High Priority for Quality and Professionalism

  • High accuracy level and ability to score and provide feedback to other auditors

  • Knowledge of compiling and reviewing comprehensive plans of care

About the job of Team Leader

Our Team Leaders are the backbone of our company. Our liaison between auditor, agency, and staff, the role of Team Leader is an integral part of our success. 

Main Duties of a Team Leader: 

  • Manage existing and new agencies daily communications 

  • Ensure accuracy of all auditors and accounts 

  • Create and update needed processes and tutorials 

  • Resolve and issues that may arise for agency or auditor 

  • Communicate with staff regarding any issues that may need attention 

  • Attend any scheduled meetings in a timely and professional manner 

  • Complete required assignments in a timely manner 

  • Complete required QA on your team auditors in a timely manner

  • Attend Process Calls for new or existing clients prepared with all information and questions 

  • Timely responses to any auditor or agency inquiries 

  • Ensuring any needed assistance with accounts is procured either by team leader or reaching out to fellow team members for assistance 

  • Communicating all pertinent information with stakeholders 

  • Maintaining a Proactive mentality to avoid potential problems
