J'non Griffin- President & Owner

J’non Griffin has more than 30 years of experience in home care as an RN who began her career as a field nurse. She has held leadership roles at all levels in agencies large and small, including overseeing the operations of multiple branch agencies. An accomplished lecturer and educator who is a popular presenter at conferences across the nation, Griffin enjoys helping others navigate home health's complex regulatory environment and streamline their processes for maximum productivity and profitability.

Griffin received her Master's Degree in Health Care Administration in 2005. In 2012, she launched her own company, providing outsourced coding and consulting services to home health and hospice agencies across the country. 

As a sought-after consultant, Griffin helped agencies prepare for accreditation, handle ADRs and appeals, conduct mock audits, prepare for survey, and
re-structure their organizations for risk management and efficiency. Griffin quickly led Home Health Solutions to national recognition as one of the nation's fastest-growing companies, named for three consecutive years to the Inc. 5000, Inc. Magazine's annual list of the nation's top businesses. 
Her company's success and acclaim in the industry also attracted the notice of industry icon Simione Healthcare Consultants as it prepared to expand its offerings
to include outsourced coding and billing services. In August 2020. the companies merged and Home Health Solutions became known as Home Health Solutions - A Simione Coding Company. Today, the blended resources of the two companies make it a coding and consulting powerhouse, able to provide a full spectrum of services to help clients achieve excellence.


Griffin is certified as a Homecare Coding Specialist-Diagnosis (HCS-D), Board Certified Home Health-Coding (BCHH-C) ,Certified in OASIS competency, COS-C, and is an AHIMA approved ICD-10-CM trainer/ambassador. She is also a wound care certified (WCC) practitioner through WCEI.

Tiffany Fuller- Chief Operating Officer

Tiffany has 20 years of diverse business experience. Most recently she ran a successful independent retail company. She is proficient in organizational structure, bookkeeping and accounting, staff management, business development, and marketing. Tiffany began her business experience at only 18 as General Manager of a thriving local restaurant. She was integral in building the brand within the community, hiring local youth to increase foot traffic and popularity. During her time as GM she was able to increase profitability by 50% and went on  to assist opening several other restaurant locations. After this success, Tiffany moved into retail management where she learned even more aspects of business, specializing in visual merchandising and management while opening 2 new locations for the retailer. Tiffany was then employed as a manager in a local Comedy Club and responsible for sales, accounts, customer relations and staff within her department before leaving her position to marry and start a family. As a proud Marine Corps spouse, she enjoys living in the many different states across the US while raising her 3 children.  

Richard Griffin-Team Leader

Richard Griffin has been a RN since 1996 . He began his nursing career in a progressive long-term care facility that catered to high acuity patients, including ventilator patients. He advanced at the facility, and held the positions of unit manager, staff development and infection control coordinator, and MDS coordinator.  While in long-term care, he also served as a Director of Nursing. He also has performed as a RN in the hospital environment. Looking for a change, he ventured into the home health field, first as a case manager, then as a utilization review manager in charge of authorization and proper utilization of the patient’s care, as a clinical manager, and as an administrator. He currently has certifications in MDS 3.0, HCS-D, and HCS-O. He is versed in the operations of skilled nursing facilities and home health agencies.

Jennifer Osburn- 

Director of Education

Jennifer Osburn is an RN with more than 26 years of combined home health staff nurse, clinical management, administration, and technology experience. This diverse background combined with certifications for OASIS and ICD-10 coding knowledge creates a depth of connection to home health staff across the nation.

As a seasoned Medicare regulatory thought leader, Jennifer regularly trains on PDGM, Conditions of Participation, Emergency Preparedness, Infection Control, QAPI, Documentation, Coding, OASIS, agency operations and management. Her heart for teaching and supporting home health professionals has created opportunities to present for The Joint Commission, CHAP, NAHC, and numerous state home health associations.

Lynne Horn- 

Director of Performance Improvement

Lynne is a 22 year veteran of home care as an RN and 16 Years in Home Health management. She is experienced as a Case Manager/Field Clinician, Team Leader, Branch Director and Area Director with home health. Lynne has taken part in mock surveys for agencies, and prepared agencies for accreditation with JCAHO and ACHC. She has been directly involved in accreditation surveys, acquisitions and crisis intervention resulting from state surveys. As Area Director of Operations, she was responsible for the financial and clinical operations of a Parent and 4 branch offices. Lynne completed billing audits, supervised personnel, handled employment issues and trained managers. Part of her responsibilities have included risk management, HR management, survey compliance,  appeals for Medicare denials, writing Corrective Action Plans, education of staff and Performance Improvement.  She is currently Certified in OASIS competency, COS-C and ICD-9 coding, HCS-D. Other past experience includes Legal Research of records and analysis in preparation for litigation. Med/Surg and ER experience.

Tiffany Lawrence- Team Director

Tiffany began her nursing career in 2010. Home Health was always the field of nursing she was interested in since she started in nursing school. To gain experience she started working as a full time staff nurse in a long-term care/rehab facility, sometimes serving as RN supervisor. She then ventured into the hospital setting to gain more experience and skills. When ready, she started her home health career, first, as a field case manager, then, moved to the position of Patient Care Coordinator. As PCC she was responsible for completing all Oasis reviews and chart audits of the branch she served. She was also responsible for the clinical coordination of patients and staff. She has taken part in both CHAPS and State surveys of the home health agency she was employed with. She holds current certifications for COS-C and HCS

Apryl Swafford - Team Director

Apryl began her nursing career in 1993, obtaining a BSN from Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama. Her first few years were spent learning nursing, trial by fire style, in a 16 bed ICU unit.  She transitioned into home health in late 1997 working PRN and weekends while learning her way and has spent the majority of the years since working home health in some capacity.  She has worked as a field clinician/case manager, clinical manager and leader of a cardiopulmonary specialty program. During her tenure at the last two positions, she was responsible for chart audits, OASIS review and coding plus management of a team of nurses, therapist and home health aides.  Apryl is certified as an OASIS Specialist - Clinical (COS-C), and is a credential holder of the Homecare Coding Specialist (HCS-D) for both ICD-9 and ICD-10.  During her free time, she enjoys her family (there’s a lot to enjoy with 4 children and 9 grandchildren), working on the family’s small farm and running.

Holly Kolitz - Team Director

Holly has spent 20 years of her nursing career in  home health. She started out as a pediatric private duty case manager, and then transitioned to a home health and hospice case manager.  She has worked in many aspects of home health from care coordinator, to educator to director of clinical services, finally ending up in the portion of home care she loves the most, quality management coding and OASIS review. Holly is a certified Home Care Specialist-OASIS, HCS-O and a Home care Coding Specialist-Diagnosis, HCS-D both ICD-9 and ICD-10.  She is currently a team leader/quality auditor for Home Health Solutions, LLC.  When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband, kids and dog,  is an avid football fan and follows the PGA tour and looks forward to learning to play golf.

Christina Nuqui- Operations Coordinator 

Christina Nuqui is a Social Worker, earning her MSW from Dominican University in 2005. As a social worker, her experience includes TBI Case Management, Foster Care Services, Elder Care and Long Term Planning, and more recently Home Health and Private Duty. Christina has over 10 years of experience managing health care professionals and patients. She began her career as a brain injury case manager, which stemmed her interest in home care. She has held roles as Brain Injury Program Director, Client Care Manager, Branch Manager, Private Duty Manager, and Home Health Adminstrator. She has been successful in the licensing and accreditation of Home Health and Private Duty agencies by focusing on creating and implementing policies and procedures to achieve outstanding levels of compliance. Her passion is creating and improving standards of home care for elderly consumers and their families.

Amy Stellhorn- Scheduling 

Amy has been working in the healthcare field for 20 years. She has worked at a for profit hospital doing payroll, human resources and billing/collections. Often exceeding her goal of one million dollars per month, Amy quickly became a top producer.  She has also worked for a privately owned ambulance service where she managed the office, billing and collection of private insurance. Amy prides herself on her customer relations and is constantly looking for new ways to increase customer satisfaction. Originally from Indianapolis, she, her husband and 2 of their children now live in North Carolina. She does not miss the snow and is thrilled to be able to go to the beach whenever they want.

Sophia Vujosevic-Scheduling

Sophia Vujosevic attended North Central College in Naperville, IL, and obtained a BA in Psychology.  Since 2001, she has held various positions in the field of Psychology and Education.  She began her career working in a diagnostic youth group home as a family educator.  From there, she taught preschool and then worked as a teacher’s aide in a therapeutic day school dealing primarily with children with behavioral and learning disorders.  Sophia also has 7 years of experience working for a TBI Case Management agency as a brain injury case manager.  She was directly involved with setting up home services for customers who have suffered from brain injury, in attempts to prevent nursing home care.  She also assisted a real estate agent with marketing, scheduling, and administrative duties before obtaining a real estate license.  Sophia has also worked as a substitute teacher and is a practicing real estate broker in Illinois.  In her spare time, Sophia enjoys running, reading, and spending quality time with her husband and two school-aged children.

Georgia Blair is a writer, editor and former Associated Press award-winning journalist with more than two decades of experience in news reporting on politics and local government, features writing and editing. Career highlights include 5 years as an editor in the New York Times Regional Newspaper Group, where she produced numerous specialty magazines for several Southern newspapers and edited award-winning features sections. She has provided content for specialty publications in fields as diverse as environmental management and advocacy, plastics recycling, industrial robotics, family ministry and home health. She has also written and produced numerous children's theater shows, operating a traveling performance business for pre-schools and a threater-based retail shop for six years.

Marti Holthus - Team Director 

After working in various administrative roles for over 10 years, Marti started her home health journey at a Virginia Home Health Agency in 2009 with a degree in Medical Billing and Coding. There she worked as an Administrative Coordinator and learned the ins and outs of OASIS and home health and attained her HCS-D coding credential. After transitioning to remote coding, she earned her COS-C OASIS certification and began working for Home Health Solutions in 2015. She has extensive experience in coding, OASIS, and Plan of Care review and has mentored fellow auditors helping them hone their review skills. In April 2018, Marti accepted a full time position with HHS as an Assistant Team Leader. She values quality, accuracy, and resourcefulness and strives to be a reliable support to her colleagues. Marti resides in Northern Virginia with her husband and two sons.
